The type of ALE agreement that NRCS can enter into with an approved unit is based on the status of the eligible entity as a certified eligible entity, as defined in Part H, or as an eligible, non-certified entity. This provision comes during the year in which the individual package is identified as being selected for funding on the installation of ALE agreement and must be documented in the NEST and in the individual file. As part of a strategic step towards entering the U.S. civil market, ALE has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with U.S. crane services company Specialized Hoisting Solutions (SHS) to optimize the skills of ALE Lightweight Service Crane. The Canadian government wants to expand trade and investment with large, fast-growing markets, including ASEAN. Together, ASEAN member states are the world`s fifth largest economy and Canada`s 6th largest trading partner. SHS is a division of Rebel Trucking and Rigging based in New Jersey and Georgia, with 30 years of rigging and experience in the North American crane industry. The Lightweight Service Crane, which was launched in 2016 as a versatile modular crane, has the innovative ability to be assembled by hand from components small enough to fit a service elevator, and then used for lifting operations where space is limited and access is difficult, such as downtown skyscraper roofs.B. It is a more flexible solution for heavier cranes currently used in some of America`s major cities.
