WOODBRIDGE, L.A. 3.0 Miles: Seniors Kira Moe breaks into “emerging elite” Varsity time for 3 Miles with Career PR of 18:12 (6:04 pace) and #2 all-time on MC list for Orange County Great Park course; Jack Wilson (not pictured) breaks the line at 14:59, executing perfectly to his goal of sub 15:00 and is #1 all-time on MC list, establishing himself as one of the fastest D-3 runners in NCS!
RUNNERS OF THE WEEK, 9/11/23 ED SIAS INVITE RESULTS: Junior Allie Donohue Wins Girls JV Race (140 runners in her race!), Sophomore Jonathan Rath with a 3:24 or 22.1% PR from last year’s Ed Sias!
RUNNERS OF THE WEEK, 9/4/23 RANCHO INVITE RESULTS: Sophomore Savannah Fogg Prs from ’22 Rancho by 5:18 (what?!) or 18.8%, Cameron Jones wins Boys JV Race in 17:34 (63 runners in this race); will he make Varsity standard this year as a Freshman? (only ~13 have over the past 20 yrs!), Sophomore Austin Petrik races #3 fastest Boy for MC on the day, placed 4th out of 54 Varsity runners with a very fast time of 16:02 (5:21/Mi. pace) and 2:40 improvement (14.3%) from ’22 Rancho Invite!, Kapil Dave races “legit” Varsity time of 16:28 and (:54 faster or 5.2% improvement from last year) and #5 Varsity Boy on this day!
