    • IMPORTANT!   -MANDITORY FOR EVERYONE ON THE ROSTER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEET
    • …THIS WILL BE OUR MOST COMPETITIVE NBL TEAM MEET OF THE YEAR!
    • No early class dismissal (early schedule, all MCHS student-athletes get out of school at 2:45 pm)
    • Meet starts 4:00 sharp!    …Meet will go on, RAIN OR SHINE!!!
    • Athlete Instructions: Show-up at least 1 hour before your competition > use a sharpie to get your unique competitor # on top of your left hand > compete!

      • MCHS took full advantage of the great conditions to turn in many top marks for the North Bay, plus many PRs and solid growth performances, and heat/flight winners too (proudly wearing those t-shirts)! The coaches can start to see where our athletes can step up and win critical event points in dual and championship formats. Thanks to all the coaches and parent volunteers for helping us show So Co what a top caliber meet looks like, especially the addition of highly competitive invitational heats run under the lights!

          • Payton McGarva blasted sub-50 in the 300H (3.6% PR) and winning the invitational heat!
          • Allison Tito is adding depth to our jump squad, clearing 4-10 and is on the way to the coveted 5-00
          • Many PRs in the 1600m: Sophie Barrow 4.9% and going sub-6:00, Carmen Jimenez 3.6% PR (also took 2nd in invitational 3200m!), Katie Choe 2.3% PR and winning the open heats!
          • Boys 2nd in 4×400 (Garza, Ong, Jepson, Gray), in what looks to be a setup for some great showdowns with Piner this season
          • Beau Gleeson, 3rd in Discuss
          • Rachel Reynolds, 3rd in Discuss
          • Malachi Cole jumped #2 best all-time freshman High Jump
          • Freshman boys distance squad made big strides: Kevin Trenam and Austin Petrik both dip under the coveted 5:00 mark for 1600m; and they also swept the open 3200m, with three boys under 11:00: Kevin Trenam 1st, Austin Petrik 2nd, Trystan Treinen 3rd
          • Lily Mulligan and Allison Kapustka tandem lock up #1-#2 in Pole Vault…once again!
          • Girls sweep invitational 300H: Payton McGarva, Beatrice Belt, Lily Cuniberti, and Nola McGarva
          • Mia Carra held on for 3rd in invitational 800m, against state ranked runners!
          • Kate O’Mally and Lily Mulligan go 1-2 in invitational 100m
          • Alberto Garza takes 3rd in invitational 400m
          • Xander Ong takes 2nd in both invitational 110HH and 300IH
